Simple Service Cremation

With years of experience, Secure Haven Funeral Directors have tailored our simple cremation service to suit families that wish for a more affordable full-service cremation.

This service is based on disbursements charged at Three Counties or Bentley Crematorium.

Our Simple Cremation Service package includes the following:

  • Removal from home, care home, hospice or hospital during office hours, within a 20 miles radius of our Broomfield, Chelmsford premises.
  • Private viewing in our Chapel of Rest, during office hours.
  • Motor hearse and bearers.
  • Provision of a wood-effect veneer coffin.
  • Online obituary page.
  • Loan of silk floral tribute.
  • Your loved one will be taken direct to Three Counties Crematorium or Bentley crematorium for a funeral service at 09.30am.

Further details about our Simple Cremation Services package:

A doctor’s fee of £82 is not included and will be applied, if necessary.

Please inform us if your loved one is heavier than 17 stone or over 6’6″ in height as we will need to provide extra staff for safe and dignified transfer into our care. An additional fee of £390 will be applied for a specially-ordered coffin and additional bearing staff.

Payment terms –  The full balance is required to be paid 2 working days prior to the funeral taking place.
